The invention discloses an electric forklift regenerative braking force distribution system which comprises a whole vehicle braking force parameter subsystem, a regenerative braking subsystem, a judgment subsystem and a pre-distribution subsystem, and the whole vehicle braking force parameter subsystem, the regenerative braking subsystem and the pre-distribution subsystem are all connected with the judgment subsystem. According to the regenerative braking force distribution system of the electric forklift, the judgment subsystem compares the maximum value of the regenerative braking force with the size relation of the braking force needed by the whole forklift and/or compares the size relation of the maximum value of the regenerative braking force with the size relation of the braking force needed for setting the regenerative braking wheel shaft, different distribution strategies are implemented, and the maximum value of the regenerative braking force is obtained. And the braking force provided by the braking main valve module and the motor, the loads of all the axles and the braking force needing to be output by the single-channel module in different states are comprehensively considered, maximum energy recovery of the regenerative braking force of the electric forklift is achieved, and the stability of the forklift is fully guaranteed in the distribution process of the regenerative braking force of the electric forklift.

    本发明公开了一种电动叉车再生制动力分配系统,包括整车制动力参数子系统、再生制动子系统、判定子系统和预分配子系统,所述整车制动力参数子系统、再生制动子系统和预分配子系统均与判定子系统连接。本发明所述的一种电动叉车再生制动力分配系统,通过判定子系统对再生制动力最大值与整车所需制动力的大小关系进行比较,和/或,对再生制动力最大值与设置再生制动轮轴所需制动力的大小关系进行比较,实施不同的分配策略,且综合考虑制动总阀模块、电机所能提供的制动力、各轮轴载荷以及单通道模块在不同状态下所需输出的制动力,实现电动叉车再生制动力最大能量回收,并在电动叉车再生制动力分配过程中充分保证了车辆的稳定性。
