The invention relates to the technical field of rubber wheels, and discloses an anti-explosion rubber wheel structure which comprises a hub, a sealing ring fixedly sleeves the surface of the hub, an elastic ratchet block is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the sealing ring, a trigger mechanism is movably connected to the inner wall of the sealing ring, and the trigger mechanism comprises a plurality of sliding blocks which are slidably inserted into the sealing ring. The sealing ring is movably connected with a supporting mechanism, and the periphery of the hub is movably connected with a tire. According to the explosion-proof rubber wheel structure, the sliding blocks which are uniformly designed are matched with the arc plates to intercept airflow, so that when a tire deforms due to violent impact, the sliding blocks can stably move downwards under the action of air pressure, and the sliding rings are supported by the supporting mechanisms which are arranged between the sliding blocks in a staggered manner in cooperation with the non-return action of the elastic ratchet blocks on the sliding rings; and then the telescopic buffer layer can be driven by the sliding ring to extrude the inner wall of the tire, so that the tire is stably supported in multiple directions from the inside, and the safety threat caused by tire disintegration and deflation is avoided.
