Provided is a vehicle charging system for a collective residence, comprising: at least one charger (1) provided in a parking lot of a collective residence (A); a power supply switching device (2) that switches the power supply to the charger; and a charging control device (3) provided with an authentication unit (31) for authenticating whether or not a user charging the vehicle (7) is an occupant, a communication unit (33) for communicating with the switching device, and a charging control unit (32) for controlling the switching device. A cable (C) arranged from the secondary side of a voltameter (5) arranged in each room (B) of a collective residence is introduced, so that electric power can be supplied from each room to a charger, and any cable is selected to be connected with the charger through control of a charging control device to supply electric power. The charging control unit specifies the room of the user on the basis of the information input to the authentication unit, and switches to the cable of the specified voltameter.
