The invention discloses a crane for integral hoisting of a continuous beam reinforcement cage, which comprises a guide rail arranged along the length direction of a poured beam and a hanging bracket arranged on the guide rail, the hanging bracket comprises a support frame and a widening frame arranged on the support frame, and the width of the widening frame is greater than the width of the support frame and the width of the reinforcement cage. The hoisting method of the crane for integral hoisting of the continuous beam reinforcement cage comprises the following steps that a, the hanging bracket drives the reinforcement cage to move along the guide rails, and the hanging bracket stops moving after being in place; b) the reinforcement cage is lifted upwards to the lowest position to exceed the height of a main cross beam of the hanging basket, and then is lifted forwards to penetrate through the widening frame to reach the position above the installation position of the reinforcement cage; and c) lowering the reinforcement cage to a reinforcement cage mounting position. The steel reinforcement cage does not need to be rotationally hoisted, the overall structure is simple and reliable, the safety is better, meanwhile, the hoisting process can be simplified, and the hoisting efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种连续梁钢筋笼整体吊装用吊机,包括沿已浇梁长度方向布置的导轨及设于导轨上的吊架,所述吊架包括支撑架及设于支撑架上的扩宽架,所述扩宽架的宽度大于所述支撑架和钢筋笼的宽度。连续梁钢筋笼整体吊装用吊机的吊装方法,包括以下步骤:a)、吊架带动钢筋笼沿导轨移动,吊架就位后停止移动;b)、钢筋笼向上吊装至最低位置超过挂篮的主横梁高度,然后向前吊装穿过扩宽架到达钢筋笼安装位置上方;c)、将钢筋笼下放至钢筋笼安装位置。本发明无需对钢筋笼进行旋转吊装,整体结构简单、可靠,安全性更好,同时可以简化吊装过程,提高吊装效率。
