The risk avoiding method for the unmanned aerial vehicle and the risk avoiding mechanism thereof are applied to the unmanned aerial vehicle comprising multiple groups of radar detection reverse thrust risk avoiding assemblies, and the risk avoiding method comprises the steps that the radar detection reverse thrust risk avoiding assemblies are installed on multiple groups of flight driving assemblies of the unmanned aerial vehicle, and a central controller and a control circuit which work independently of remote control signals of the unmanned aerial vehicle are designed; the radar detection thrust reverser risk avoiding assembly comprises an installation connecting structure, a wide-angle laser ranging radar and a pneumatic thrust reverser. The mounting and connecting structure is used for mounting and fixing the radar detection reverse thrust risk avoiding assembly and can realize quick mounting and dismounting. By designing the independent risk avoiding mechanism and the control system, the risk avoiding mechanism can automatically execute the risk avoiding program without being controlled by a remote controller, so that the flight safety of the unmanned aerial vehicle in the signal loss or signal delay process is ensured, collision and crash are prevented, and the economic loss is reduced.
