The invention discloses a hydraulic building inclined surface deepwater construction structure which comprises a sealing box body, the to-be-constructed hydraulic building inclined surface is called as a working face, and the sealing box body is provided with a buoyancy control mechanism, a dustproof ventilation mechanism, a walking mechanism, a construction space enclosure mechanism and a drainage mechanism; the invention further discloses a corresponding deepwater operation method. By means of zero-gravity operation, energy needed for lifting or moving the sealing box body is saved, and the energy-saving effect is remarkable. A construction space can be conveniently enclosed at any underwater position, needing to be constructed, of a working face, the problem that cofferdam construction is not suitable for deepwater operation is solved, operation can be carried out at any time without waiting for a dry season, and positive technical significance is achieved for ensuring the normal state of a hydraulic structure.
