The invention relates to a facility information providing apparatus, a facility information providing method, and a computer readable storage medium. The facility information provision device may be provided with: a vehicle information acquisition unit that acquires vehicle information pertaining to a vehicle that can be supplied with power; a facility information acquisition unit that acquires facility information indicating whether or not each of the plurality of facilities has requested power; a facility specifying unit that specifies, on the basis of the facility information, at least two target facilities for which power has been requested; and an output unit that outputs information relating to the at least two target facilities specified by the facility specifying unit to a display unit provided in the vehicle that can supply power indicated by the vehicle information. The purpose of the present invention is to expand the range in which a refuge facility to be supplied with power can be selected on a vehicle side that can be supplied with power.
