The invention provides a peak shifting parking method and system, and relates to the technical field of parking management. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring all parking space information of a target parking lot; and obtaining a use time period of the to-be-rented user, and comparing the use time period with all the first parking space idle time periods in sequence to determine a plurality of second parking space idle time periods. And determining corresponding vehicle owner information according to the idle time period of any second parking space. And responding to the leasing operation of the corresponding vehicle owner to determine the leasing time period according to the idle time period and the use time period of any second parking space. And if the to-be-rented user agrees to the parking space renting, providing a corresponding parking space for the to-be-rented user according to the corresponding renting time period. Therefore, the parking space is provided for other users to use in the idle time period of the parking space, time-poor and peak-shifting parking is effectively achieved while people are helped to find the available parking space, the problem that parking space is disorderly parked but the parking lot is empty and swings is effectively solved, and effective utilization of idle resources is achieved.

    本发明提出了一种错峰停车方法及系统,涉及停车管理技术领域。该方法包括:获取目标停车场的所有车位信息。获取待租用户的使用时间段,并将使用时间段依次与所有第一车位空闲时间段进行对比,确定多个第二车位空闲时间段。根据任一第二车位空闲时间段,确定对应的车主信息。根据任一第二车位空闲时间段和使用时间段,响应相应车主的租赁操作确定租赁时间段。若待租用户同意车位租赁,则根据对应租赁时间段,向待租用户提供对应车位。从而在车位的空闲时间段将车位提供给其他用户使用,在帮助人们找到可停车车位的同时,有效实现了差时、错峰停车,也就有效缓解了乱停乱放但停车场空空荡荡的问题,实现了闲置资源的有效利用。
