The invention discloses an offshore platform and ship collision avoidance early warning method and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the carrier attitude information of each ship (platform) through the dual-antenna attitude measurement and satellite positioning technology, achieving the modeling of the contour of each ship (platform) through the combination of the three-dimensional scale information of each ship (platform), taking the platform as a differential base station, and obtaining the collision avoidance early warning of each ship (platform). A base station on each operation ship transmits carrier wave observed quantity and positioning information of the base station to a surrounding mobile station in real time through a data link, differential processing is carried out on the carrier wave observed quantity and the positioning information and phase observed quantity of the mobile station, accurate positioning of the relative space position relation of each ship (platform) is achieved, and a three-dimensional model is adjusted accordingly. A three-dimensional real scene can be visually displayed on each ship (platform), and an alarm is given to the ship with a collision risk, so that the probability of collision accidents between the marine operation ship and the production platform is reduced.
