The integrated multi-way valve comprises a valve element body and a valve seat. The integrated valve pump device comprises the integrated multi-way valve and a double-layer flow integrated plate. The vehicle body thermal management system comprises the integrated multi-way valve or the integrated valve pump device. According to the valve element, through the arrangement layout of the conduction area and the cut-off area in the butt joint area, the valve element is provided with a structural foundation for achieving state alternate switching; the method is suitable for the integrated design of the multi-way valve; according to the integrated multi-way valve and the double-layer flow integrated plate applied to the vehicle body heat management system, the number of valves and pipelines can be reduced, the weight is reduced, the occupied arrangement space is reduced, switching modes are more diversified, more heat management working conditions are met, and the purposes of high efficiency and energy saving are achieved.
