The invention relates to an aircraft electrical control inflation and exhaust control system and method.The aircraft electrical control inflation and exhaust control system comprises a power module, a gas supply module and at least two actuator cylinder control modules, and each actuator cylinder control module comprises a brake controller, a straight-through type electromagnetic valve, a relay, two three-way electromagnetic valves and an actuator cylinder; according to the control system, electricity and gas can be matched, reciprocating motion is achieved while the multiple actuator cylinders are intelligently or remotely controlled at a high speed to conduct inflation/deflation, and therefore motion equipment is controlled, in the single-direction inflation process of the actuator cylinders, the other ends of the actuator cylinders can achieve instant residual gas removal through the control system, and the control system is suitable for large-scale popularization and application. According to the control system, later refitting of the aircraft is more convenient, intelligent or remote high-speed control can be achieved as control equipment, and the control system is simple in structure, convenient to install, relatively flexible to disassemble and assemble and more suitable for future diversified development in the aviation field.

    本发明涉及一种飞行器电气控充排气操纵系统和方法,包括电源模块、气体供应模块、至少两组作动筒控制模块,其中每一组作动筒控制模块均包括刹车控制器、直通式电磁阀、继电器和两个三通电磁阀和作动筒,本发明的操纵系统能够实现电/气相配合,高速智能或远程控制多个作动筒分别充/排气的同时实现往复运动,从而实现对运动设备的操纵,作动筒单方充气过程中,作动筒另外一端能够通过此套控制系统实现瞬间余气排除,本发明的操纵系统更方便飞行器后期的改装,能够实现智能或者远程高速控制作操纵设备,且本发明的结构简单、安装方便、拆装相对灵活,更适用于航空领域未来多元化发展。
