The invention discloses an under-beam beam transporting device and a construction method for whole-section installation of a steel box girder, and the device comprises a first hoisting mechanism which comprises a first walking track and an under-beam lifting assembly; a triangular conversion mechanism; the second hoisting mechanism comprises an on-beam hoisting assembly and a sliding assembly, the on-beam hoisting assembly comprises a walking crown block, and a hoisting rope of the walking crown block is connected with the sliding assembly so as to drive the hoisting rope to move; the triangular conversion mechanism has a first state and a second state, and the triangular conversion mechanism rotates relative to the steel box girder in the process of converting the first state to the second state; through cooperation of the first hoisting mechanism, the triangular conversion mechanism and the second hoisting mechanism, the steel box girder can be transported from the bottom of the girder, and the problems that girder feeding is difficult in unfavorable terrains and the construction cost of transporting the girder on the girder is too high are solved; and moreover, the pulling force borne by the steel box girder can be stably converted from the first hoisting mechanism to the second hoisting mechanism, so that the steel box girder is prevented from shaking in the conversion process, and the construction risk is avoided.

    本发明公开了梁下运梁装置及钢箱梁整节段安装的施工方法,装置包括:第一吊装机构,包括第一行走轨道和梁下提升组件;三角转换机构;第二吊装机构,包括梁上提升组件和滑移组件,梁上提升组件包括行走天车,行走天车的吊绳和滑移组件相连,以带动吊绳移动;三角转换机构具有第一状态和第二状态,在第一状态向第二状态转换的过程中,三角转换机构相对于钢箱梁转动;通过第一吊装机构、三角转换机构和第二吊装机构的配合,使得钢箱梁能够从梁底进行运梁,解决了不利地形喂梁难以及梁上运梁施工成本过高的问题;并且,使得钢箱梁所受到的拉力能够从第一吊装机构向第二吊装机构进行平稳转换,防止钢箱梁在转换的过程中发生晃动,以带来施工风险。
