The invention relates to a lifting stand column and a surgical robot. The lifting device comprises a lifting support, a lifting table and a balance weight structure. The lifting support is provided with a lifting bottom end and a lifting top end, and the lifting bottom end and the lifting top end are arranged at intervals in the extending direction of the lifting support. The lifting table slides in the extending direction of the lifting support under the action of driving force and gets close to or away from the lifting top end. The counterweight structure comprises a gravity balance assembly and a magnetic force compensation assembly, the gravity balance assembly balances the weight of the lifting platform, and the magnetic force compensation assembly compensates the balance force of the gravity balance assembly; the lifting support is a frame type support, and the lifting table and the balance weight structure are arranged in the frame type support. According to the lifting stand column and the surgical robot, the elastic balance weight structure with the small size balances the weight of the lifting table through the elastic force generated when the elastic balance weight structure elastically deforms; meanwhile, the lifting platform and the counterweight structure are not prone to being collided by external objects, the lifting stand column is not prone to toppling over, and the whole lifting stand column structure is more compact.
