The invention discloses hoisting equipment and a hoisting method for a prefabricated rammed earth wall. A pulley fastening system is arranged on a steel beam system, and is tensioned on the steel beam system by winding a steel wire rope around a wheel system; the steel beam system is connected with the bottom steel plate and the wall top cover plate through a plurality of supporting rods, and the rammed earth wall is in butt joint below the wall top cover plate. The wall lifting rope system is connected with the rammed earth wall in a hung mode through a wall lifting rope, and the wall lifting rope is connected to the steel beam system in a hung mode through the wheel system. And the rammed earth wall is fastened on the steel beam system for hoisting by adjusting the tensile force of the pulley fastening system. The bending rigidity of the main body is increased by increasing the size of the steel beam of the hoisting equipment, so that the hoisting equipment has smaller deformation in the hoisting process. The problems that in the manufacturing, transporting and installing process of the prefabricated rammed earth wall module, the rammed earth wall is low in strength and rigidity, prone to cracking, extremely prone to damage in the hoisting process and poor in hoisting safety are solved, and mechanical hoisting of the prefabricated rammed earth wall is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种预制装配式夯土墙体的吊装设备及吊装方法,滑轮紧固系统布置在钢梁系统上,通过钢丝绳绕过轮系统,张紧在钢梁系统上;钢梁系统通过若干撑杆连接底部钢板和墙顶盖板,将夯土墙对接在墙顶盖板下方;墙体吊绳系统通过墙体吊绳挂接夯土墙,墙体吊绳通过轮系统挂接在钢梁系统上;通过调整滑轮紧固系统的张紧力,将夯土墙紧固在钢梁系统上进行吊装。本发明通过增大吊装设备的钢梁尺寸,增加主体的抗弯刚度,使得吊装设备在吊装过程中发生更小的变形。本发明解决了预制装配式夯土墙体模块在制作、运输、安装过程中,因夯土墙体强度刚度低、易开裂,吊装过程极易损坏和吊装安全问题,实现了预制装配式夯土墙体机械化吊装。
