The invention relates to the field of oil storage and offloading ships, and particularly discloses a universal floating type production oil storage and offloading ship cabin structure which comprises a cabin chamber, a cabin door storage bin is formed in one end of the cabin chamber, and a gear is installed at the position, located on the outer side wall of a cabin door, above a cabin door handle through a rotating shaft; a guide sliding groove is formed in the position, located on the inner side wall of the cabin door storage bin, of the outer side of the rotating shaft, a sliding rack is installed on the position, located on the inner side wall of the cabin door storage bin, of the lower portion of the gear, a speed reducing mechanism is arranged at the free end of the winding rope, and the outer side of the connecting shaft is sleeved with a coil spring. Through the arrangement of the speed reducing mechanism, when acting force far away from the speed reducing mechanism is applied to the cabin door handle, a coil spring wound on the outer side of a connecting shaft can be stretched through a winding rope, and meanwhile when the cabin door is pushed, a gear can rotate in a meshed mode on the outer side of a sliding rack; a traditional rotary door opening mode is changed into a push-pull mode, and the occupied space is reduced.
