The invention discloses an automobile outer surface deicing device based on an infrared radiation heating principle, a working method and an automobile with the automobile outer surface deicing device. The deicing device comprises an infrared electric heating strip, a rotating device, a bounce reset device, a control chip, a control program and other components or materials. The infrared electric heating strip is formed by laminating an insulating layer 1, an electric heating layer 1, an insulating layer 2, a heat insulating layer, a reflecting layer, an electric heating layer 2 and an insulating layer 3 from top to bottom. The infrared electric heating strip is matched with the transmission device to achieve bouncing reset and rotation, and deicing bouncing of the electric heating strip and directional deicing operation on the outer surface of the vehicle body can be achieved. The working method comprises a data reading module, an electric heating strip bouncing module, an electric heating strip heating module, an electric heating strip resetting module, an exception handling module and the like. Water molecules on the ice layer are directly heated through infrared radiation, it is avoided that the vehicle body is heated first and then deicing is achieved, the energy-saving effect is remarkable, glass damage cannot be caused, and the beneficial effects of being easy to install and low in vehicle modification cost are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于红外辐射加热原理的汽车外表面除冰装置、工作方法、及具有其的汽车。除冰装置包括红外电热条、转动装置、弹起复位装置、控制芯片及控制程序等部件或材料。红外电热条从上至下由绝缘层1、电热层1、绝缘层2、隔热层、反射层、电热层2、绝缘层3层合而成。红外电热条与传动装置配合可实现弹起复位及转动,可实现电热条化冰弹起及车身外表面定向除冰作业。工作方法包括数据读取模块、电热条弹起模块、电热条加热模块、电热条复位模块、异常处理模块等部分。本发明通过红外辐射直接加热冰层水分子,避免先加热车身再实现除冰,具有显著的节能效果,且不会引起玻璃损伤,并具有容易安装,车辆改造成本低的优点。
