The invention discloses an automobile independent suspension drive axle which comprises a drive assembly fixed to an automobile frame through a drive support, the output end of the drive assembly is connected with a hub assembly through a transmission shaft, the hub assembly is rotatably arranged in a wheel side support in a penetrating mode, two control arms are hinged between the wheel side support and the drive support, and a longitudinal arm is arranged between the wheel side support and the automobile frame. The driving assembly is fixed on the frame through the driving bracket, so that the driving assembly is prevented from jumping along with tires, the non-suspended load mass and the mass center height of the whole vehicle are reduced, and the smoothness and the stability of the whole vehicle are improved; the control arm is arranged between the driving support and the wheel side support, so that the transverse stability of the whole vehicle is improved. The axle is simple in structure and easy to assemble, repair and maintain, materials can be greatly reduced, the self weight is reduced, an automobile has better power performance, vertical supporting is enhanced through the elastic plate longitudinal arms, the anti-nodding capacity is improved through reasonable arrangement, meanwhile, partial supporting is provided for an automobile body, excessive displacement of the automobile body is avoided, and the torsion angle of the axle is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种汽车独立悬架驱动桥,包括经驱动支架固定于车架的驱动总成,驱动总成的输出端经传动轴与轮毂总成相连,轮毂总成可旋转地穿设在轮边支架中,轮边支架与驱动支架间铰接有两根控制臂,轮边支架与车架间设有纵臂。通过驱动支架将驱动总成固定在车架上避免驱动总成随轮胎跳动,降低非悬载质量和整车质心高度,提高整车平顺性和稳定性;通过驱动支架和轮边支架间设置控制臂,提高整车横向稳定性。本申请的车桥结构简单,易于装配和维修保养,能够极大地减少用料,降低自重,使汽车具有更佳的动力性能,通过设置弹性板纵臂增强竖向支撑,合理的布置提高抗点头能力,同时为车体提供部分支撑,避免车体产生过度位移,减小车轴扭转角。
