The wireless energy transmitting device has the advantages that the wireless energy transmitting device can be arranged in a charging area of the electric vehicle, and electric energy can be efficiently transmitted to a receiving coil of the electric vehicle from the wireless energy transmitting coil by means of wireless coupling of the wireless energy transmitting coil and the receiving coil of the electric vehicle, so that wireless charging of a storage battery of the electric vehicle is achieved; the whole process does not need wiring, human intervention is small, and operation is more convenient.
