The invention discloses a buried magnetic coupling mechanism for wireless charging of an electric vehicle, which belongs to the field of wireless charging of the electric vehicle. The buried magnetic coupling mechanism comprises a transmitting end arranged under the ground and a receiving end arranged on a vehicle chassis. The receiving end comprises a receiving magnetic core and a receiving coil; the transmitting end comprises a plurality of transmitting magnetic cores and transmitting coils wound on the plurality of transmitting magnetic cores; the transmitting magnetic cores are distributed in the circumferential direction, and a big-end-up conical structure is defined by the transmitting magnetic cores; the transmitting coils are single-layer coils and are spirally wound on the inner walls of the plurality of transmitting magnetic cores. The transmitting end of the magnetic coupling mechanism can be integrated with the ground, the ground infrastructure installation environment cannot be changed, and cluster charging of multiple electric vehicles can be achieved; the transmitting end can improve coupling parameters such as self-inductance and mutual inductance of the coils by increasing the number of layers of the coils, the occupied area of the coils and the caliber of an installation opening are not enlarged, and therefore the work amount generated in the installation process can be effectively avoided.

    本发明公开了一种用于电动汽车无线充电的埋地式磁耦合机构,属于电动汽车无线充电领域,包括设置在地面下方的发射端和设置在车辆底盘的接收端;所述接收端包括接收磁芯和接收线圈;所述发射端包括多片发射磁芯和绕设在多片发射磁芯上的发射线圈;所述多片发射磁芯周向分布,围成上大下小的锥形结构;所述发射线圈为单层线圈,螺旋绕制于多片发射磁芯的内壁上;本发明提出的磁耦合机构发射端能够与地面融为一体,不会改变地面基础设施安装环境,有利于实现多台电动汽车集群充电;发射端通过增加线圈层数可以提高线圈自感、互感等耦合参数,不会扩大线圈的占地面积及安装口口径,因此可以有效避免安装过程产生的工程量。
