The invention relates to an anti-flash system and method. The anti-flash system comprises an anti-flash device, a power transformation device and a charging station. The flash-proof device comprises a bidirectional AC/DC conversion circuit, an energy storage unit and a control unit. The bidirectional AC/DC conversion circuit is connected with the input end of the power transformation equipment, the bidirectional AC/DC conversion circuit, the energy storage unit and the control unit are mutually connected, the control unit is connected with the charging station, the input end of the control unit is connected with a power grid, and the power transformation equipment is connected with the charging station; the control unit is used for determining the power grid operation state according to the voltage information of the input end; and in response to determining that the operation of the power grid is in the abnormal state, issuing a first driving instruction to the bidirectional AC/DC conversion circuit so as to provide energy for the charging station through the energy storage unit. Therefore, when the power grid flashes or the voltage drops suddenly, energy can be provided by the energy storage unit, and electric energy can be uninterruptedly provided for equipment which is being charged in the charging station, so that the equipment in the charging station and the personal safety of personnel in the station are prevented from being damaged.
