The invention discloses a lithium battery switch-free anti-sparking protection circuit, which comprises a comparator U1, a pin 4 of the comparator U4 is connected with a resistor R22, one end of the resistor R22 is connected with a current detection resistor RN1, one end of the current detection resistor RN1 is connected with a resistor R23 in parallel, one end of the resistor R23 is connected with a pin 3 of the comparator U4, one end of the current detection resistor RN1 is connected with an NMOS tube M1, one end of the NMOS tube M1 is connected with a key switch S1, and the other end of the key switch S1 is connected with a capacitor C1. One end of the key switch S1 is connected with a resistor R26, one end of the resistor R26 is connected with an NMOS tube M5, one end of the NMOS tube M5 is connected with a current detection resistor RN2, and the current detection resistor RN2 is connected with one end of a current detection resistor RN1. Compared with an existing lithium battery anti-sparking protection circuit, the lithium battery anti-sparking protection circuit has the advantages that the sparking protection circuit is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and the reliability of the lithium battery anti-sparking protection circuit is improved. During discharging, a main discharging loop and a pre-discharging loop are distinguished through a current detection resistor, and the problem that when a power supply is connected with a capacitor on a vehicle, a part of devices are damaged due to sparking generated by a connector part can be effectively solved by adopting the method.

    本发明公开了一种锂电池无开关防打火保护电路,包括比较器U1,所述比较器U4的脚4连接有电阻R22,电阻R22的一端连接有检流电阻RN1,检流电阻RN1的一端并联有电阻R23,且电阻R23的一端连接于比较器U4的脚3,检流电阻RN1的一端连接有NMOS管M1,NMOS管M1的一端连接有按键开关S1,按键开关S1的一端连接有电阻R26,电阻R26的一端连接有NMOS管M5,NMOS管M5的一端连接有检流电阻RN2,且检流电阻RN2连接于检流电阻RN1的一端,本发明相较于现有的锂电池防打火保护电路,采用放点回路分离的方法,在放电时通过检流电阻来区分主放电回路和预放电回路,采用这种方法能有效避免电源与车上的电容连接时由于接插件部分产生打火导致部分器件损坏的问题。
