The invention discloses an electrically-controlled continuously-adjustable damping shock absorber, which belongs to the field of automobile shock absorbers and is used for shock absorbers, an end of the electrically-controlled continuously-adjustable damping shock absorber and a piston form a cavity for accommodating a piston rod through a bag skin, and the top end of an oil storage cylinder extends into the cavity formed by the end, the bag skin and the piston; the end head is communicated with an external air supply pipeline through an air nozzle, and the top end of the piston rod is fixedly connected with the end head and the mounting seat; an electromagnetic valve cylinder and a working cylinder which are fixed through a guider are coaxially arranged in the oil storage cylinder, the bottom ends of the electromagnetic valve cylinder and the working cylinder are connected through a bottom valve, and the bottom valve is located at the bottom end in the oil storage cylinder; the bottom end of the piston rod is positioned in the working cylinder and is provided with a compression rebuilt valve; and through holes connected with the electromagnetic valve are formed in the oil storage cylinder and the electromagnetic valve cylinder. Adjustment of the damping force value of the shock absorber can be achieved through cooperation of the electromagnetic valve and the execution unit, the active suspension system of the electric control continuously-adjustable damping shock absorber is achieved, and better driving experience is provided for drivers and passengers.

    本发明公开了一种电控连续可调阻尼减震器,属于汽车减震器领域,用于减震器,其端头通过囊皮与活塞构成容纳活塞杆的腔体,贮油缸的顶端伸入至端头、囊皮、活塞构成的腔体中;所述端头通过气嘴与外部供气管路连通,所述活塞杆的顶端与端头、安装座固定连接;所述贮油缸的内部同轴设置有通过导向器固定的电磁阀缸、工作缸,电磁阀缸、工作缸的底端通过底阀连接,所述底阀位于贮油缸的内部底端;活塞杆的底端位于工作缸内部且设有压缩复原阀;所述贮油缸、电磁阀缸上均开设有与电磁阀连接的通孔。本申请能够通过电磁阀与执行单元的配合实现减震器阻尼力值的调节,实现电控连续可调阻尼减震器的主动悬架系统,为驾乘人员提供更好的驾乘体验。
