The invention discloses an elevator brake shoe gap adjusting method and an adjusting device thereof.The adjusting method comprises the steps that a displacement sensor used for detecting the abrasion loss of a brake shoe is installed on an elevator brake body, and the displacement sensor is connected with a PLC; detecting the distance L0 between a brake head of the brake and a probe of the displacement sensor by using the displacement sensor when the brake brakes, and setting the L0 as a reference value; the device is simple in structural design and convenient to use, the high-precision induction type displacement sensor is used for detecting the gap value of the brake shoe in real time and feeding back the gap value to the PLC till the gap of the brake shoe meets the safety range specified in the coal mine safety regulation, the purpose of full-automatic adjustment of the gap of the brake shoe is achieved, and the practicability is high. And when the abrasion loss of the brake shoe exceeds a certain value, a system alarm can be given, so that the brake shoe is replaced in time, and the safety and reliability of the elevator in the braking process are improved.

    本发明公开了一种提升机闸瓦间隙的调节方法及其调节装置,包括在提升机制动器体上安装用于检测闸瓦磨损量的位移传感器,位移传感器与PLC控制器相连接,具体调节方法包括以下步骤:步骤一、初始阶段,制动器抱闸时利用位移传感器检测制动器闸头与位移传感器探头的距离为L0,设L0为基准值;本发明结构设计简单、使用便捷,利用高精度感应式位移传感器实时检测闸瓦的间隙值,并反馈给PLC控制器,直至闸瓦间隙满足《煤矿安全规程》里规定的安全范围,实现全自动调节闸瓦间隙的目的,并且可以在闸瓦磨损量超过一定值时进行系统报警,以便及时更换闸瓦,提高提升机制动过程中的安全可靠性。
