The invention discloses a pure electric functional arm applied to a high-altitude robot, which comprises a telescopic electric push rod (5), a variable-amplitude electric push rod (7) and four sequentially nested arm bodies, the arm bodies are connected through a telescopic chain, and nylon sliding blocks are arranged among the arm bodies. The electric push rod comprises a motor (41), a speed reducer (42), a cylinder body (43), a lead screw, a lead screw nut and a push rod (44), the electric push rod is decelerated by the motor (41) through the speed reducer (42) and then drives a lead screw nut pair, and rotary motion of the motor (41) is changed into linear motion of the push rod (44). Amplitude variation of the telescopic arm is achieved under the action of the amplitude variation electric push rod, lifting and falling of the arm body are achieved under the action of the telescopic electric push rod, the structure is simple, safety and reliability are achieved, and the electric push rod serves as a power device, is environmentally friendly and free of pollution and is not limited in use range.
