The invention discloses an anti-abrasion device for a suspension rope wheel groove. The anti-abrasion device comprises at least one flexible non-metal belt, at least two rows of suction cup assemblies arranged in the length direction of the non-metal belt and fixing pieces used for fixing the two ends of the non-metal belt. When the suspension rope is installed, the suction cup assembly is sucked to the side face or the bottom face of the suspension rope wheel groove, the non-metal belt is fixed in the suspension rope wheel groove, and the suspension rope is only in contact with the non-metal belt. Compared with the prior art, the anti-abrasion device for the suspension rope wheel groove can be simply and conveniently mounted on the suspension rope wheel groove, and in the elevator mounting and rope releasing process, the suspension rope is prevented from being in direct contact with the wheel groove, and sliding abrasion is avoided.
