The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle energy management, in particular to an energy consumption management method and device under a vehicle idling working condition, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the following steps: detecting whether the vehicle is in a preset idling working condition or not; when it is detected that the vehicle is in the preset idling working condition, the actual parking mode of the vehicle is recognized, the actual power utilization mode of the vehicle is matched according to the actual parking mode, and the optimal power utilization strategy of at least one target power utilization device in the vehicle is matched based on the actual power utilization mode; and when all the target electric devices are controlled to work by using the power utilization strategy, power supply circuits of other electric devices except for all the target electric devices in the vehicle are disconnected, and energy consumption management under the vehicle idling working condition is achieved. Therefore, the problem that low-voltage energy consumption cannot be managed due to insufficient control accuracy of a traditional low-voltage power supply under the idling working condition is solved.
