The invention relates to the technical field of robots, and discloses a driving wheel mechanism and a robot. The driving wheel mechanism comprises a walking wheel which comprises a wheel body and a rotating shaft which are coaxially fixed; the driving assembly comprises a motor, a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a synchronous belt tensioned between the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the driven wheel is coaxial and rotationally arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode, and the motor is used for driving the driving wheel to rotate; the switching assembly comprises a switching piece, and the switching piece is arranged on the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode; one of the driven wheel and the switching piece is provided with a protruding part, the other one is concavely provided with a containing part, the switching assembly has an automatic driving state in which the protruding part is arranged in the containing part and a manual driving state in which the protruding part is separated from the containing part, and when the switching assembly is in the automatic driving state, the driven wheel can drive the switching piece and the rotating shaft to rotate synchronously. The problem that the resistance is large in the manual pushing process is solved, reverse electrification of the motor is avoided, the motor is protected, the durability of the driving wheel mechanism and the robot is guaranteed, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明涉及机器人技术领域,公开了一种驱动轮机构及机器人。驱动轮机构包括:行走轮,包括同轴固定的轮体和转轴;驱动组件,包括电机、主动轮、从动轮以及张紧于主动轮与从动轮的同步带,从动轮同轴且轴转动套设在转轴上,电机用于驱动主动轮转动;切换组件,包括切换件,切换件套设于转轴上;从动轮与切换件中的一个设有凸出部,另一个凹设有容纳部,切换组件具有凸出部置于容纳部内的自动驱动状态以及凸出部脱离容纳部的手动驱动状态,切换组件处于自动驱动状态时,从动轮能够带动切换件和转轴同步转动。本发明解决手动推动的过程中阻力较大的问题,避免电机的反向上电,保护电机,保证驱动轮机构及机器人的耐用性,降低维护成本。
