The method comprises the steps that a driver image collected by a camera in a vehicle is obtained; inputting the driver image into a first deep learning model for processing to obtain driver head posture information; inputting the driver image into a second deep learning model for processing to obtain driver eyeball region information; acquiring an environment image acquired by a camera outside the vehicle, and inputting the environment image into a third deep learning model for processing to obtain light source position information; obtaining a sight line concentration area of the driver according to the eyeball area information of the driver, determining whether to adjust a visor according to the sight line concentration area and the light source position information, and if yes, determining an inclination angle and/or height of the visor according to the sight line concentration area, the head posture information of the driver and the light source position information; the vehicle light blocking mirror can be automatically adjusted according to the influence degree of eyeballs of a driver by a light source, and the driving safety is improved.
