The invention discloses an ultra-low power consumption intelligent sensing module integrated system, which is characterized in that an intelligent sensing acquisition module is integrated with a pressure sensing chip, a temperature sensing chip and an acceleration sensing chip, a sensing module is used for acquiring an automobile tire pressure signal, a tire temperature signal and a tire acceleration signal, and an analysis module is used for analyzing the state of a tire; correspondingly generating a risk coefficient through analysis; the comparison module carries out comparative analysis on the received risk coefficient and a corresponding reference range to generate a superior signal, a non-superior signal, an intermediate signal and a differential signal; the processing module is used for controlling, analyzing and processing the received superior signal, the superior signal, the intermediate signal and the differential signal; through an intelligent sensing module integration technology, a GPS module and a timing module which are arranged in the system are combined, tire wear data are obtained, the system integration degree is improved, meanwhile, the power consumption of the sensing module is reduced, and new energy automobile tire safety monitoring with a wider coverage range can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种超低功耗智能传感模块集成系统,智能传感采集模块集成压力传感芯片、温度传感芯片、加速度传感芯片,利用传感模块采集汽车轮胎压力信号、轮胎温度信号、轮胎加速度信号,分析模块对轮胎进行状态分析,通过分析对应生成风险系数;对比模块将接收到风险系数与对应的参照范围进行比对分析,生成优级信号、良级信号、中级信号和差级信号;处理模块将接收到的优级信号、良级信号、中级信号和差级信号进行控制分析处理;本发明通过智能传感模块集成技术,结合系统内置的GPS模块、计时模块,获得轮胎磨损数据,在提高系统集成度的同时,降低传感模块功耗,可实现涵盖面更广的新能源汽车轮胎安全监测。
