The invention discloses an aircraft trajectory prediction method based on an Elasticic-BiGRU structure, and the method comprises the steps: eliminating extreme values in ADS-B data, and obtaining a more reasonable trajectory data set to make preparations for the following model training prediction; a trajectory training model based on Elasticic-BiGRU is constructed, in the process of exploring the motion law of aircraft trajectories, a large amount of trajectory noise is continuously removed with time t as the standard, missing data is filled back, and prediction positioning of aircraft geographic coordinates at the future moment is completely achieved. According to the method, a bidirectional gating cycle unit is selected as a main structure of a prediction model, a curve fitting process based on an elastic network is added in a model training process, and original data is preprocessed and corrected; an aircraft trajectory prediction model is optimized in the aspects of structure selection, parameter setting and the like, spatial and temporal characteristics of aircraft trajectories are learned from a large amount of historical trajectory data, hidden change rules in the data are summarized in a relatively short time, and trajectory prediction accuracy is further improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于Elastic‑BiGRU结构的航空器轨迹预测方法,包括清除ADS‑B数据中的极端数值,获取较为合理的轨迹数据集为接下来的模型训练预测做准备;构建以Elastic‑BiGRU为基础的轨迹训练模型,在探索航空器轨迹的运动规律过程中,以时间t为标准不断地将大量轨迹噪声清除并将缺失数据填补回去,完整地实现未来时刻航空器地理坐标的预测定位。本发明选取双向门控循环单元为预测模型的主要结构,在训练模型过程中添加基于弹性网络的曲线拟合过程,对原始数据进行预处理修正;对航空器轨迹预测模型在结构选取、参数设置等方面进行优化,从大量的历史轨迹数据中,学习航空器轨迹的时空特征,在相对较短时间内总结数据中隐藏的变化规律,将轨迹预测的精准度进一步提高。
