The invention provides a helicopter vibration health state monitoring method. The method comprises the steps that a vibration frequency data set in helicopter vibration original data is extracted; the vibration frequency data set is divided into a natural vibration frequency data set and a non-natural vibration frequency data set; extracting an abnormal vibration frequency data set in the non-natural vibration frequency data set; based on a statistical method, acquiring a first vibration threshold value of the natural vibration frequency data set, and acquiring a second vibration threshold value of the abnormal vibration frequency data set; based on the first vibration threshold value and the second vibration threshold value, optimizing a helicopter health state monitoring model; and judging vibration data newly generated by the helicopter by adopting the optimized helicopter health state monitoring model to obtain the vibration health state of the helicopter. According to the method designed by the invention, the vibration health state of the helicopter can be accurately monitored, so that the flight safety of the helicopter is improved.

    本发明提供了一种直升机振动健康状态监测方法,包括提取直升机振动原始数据中振动频率数据集;振动频率数据集划分为固有振动频率数据集、非固有振动频率数据集;提取非固有振动频率数据集中的异常振动频率数据集;基于统计学方法,获取固有振动频率数据集的第一振动阈值,获取异常振动频率数据集的第二振动阈值;基于第一振动阈值和第二振动阈值,优化直升机健康状态监测模型;采用优化后直升机健康状态监测模型,对直升机新产生的振动数据进行判断,获取直升机振动健康状态。本发明设计的方法能够准确的对直升机振动健康状态进行监测,以提高直升机飞行安全的目的。
