The structure comprises a turbofan engine, a power generation system and a lift electric fan assembly, the turbofan engine comprises a linkage double-annular guide vane device with the bypass ratio capable of being continuously adjusted and an adjustable exhaust nozzle, the double-annular guide vane device can be adjusted by 0-90 degrees, the bypass ratio of the front portion and the rear portion of a fan can be continuously adjusted, and the adjustable exhaust nozzle can be adjusted by 0-90 degrees. The power generation system comprises a rectifier and a generator directly driven by a turbine rotor, and the lift fan assembly comprises an inverter, a motor and a lift fan. Through coordinated control over the duct ratio and the area of the exhaust nozzle, during hovering/cruising, the outer duct is closed/opened, and the exhaust nozzle expands/converges, so that almost all energy of the engine is converted into hovering lift force or cruising jet thrust, and the helicopter can vertically climb to hovering or cruising with the maximum capacity; and the two modes can be continuously and stably transited.
