The invention provides a combined and separated flexible integrated connection structure for an unmanned aerial vehicle. The combined and separated flexible integrated connection structure comprises a combined and separated docking unit and a flying platform, the combination and separation butt joint unit comprises a first-stage spherical hinge connecting piece, a first-stage connecting rod, a second-stage connecting rod and a second-stage spherical hinge connecting piece. The flying platform comprises a connecting plate, a plurality of spherical hinge seats, an end effector connecting device, a connecting device fastening nut and a spherical hinge seat fastening nut; the connecting plate forms a sliding groove structure, and the spherical hinge base is connected to the sliding groove structure in a screwed mode through the spherical hinge base fastening nut. The end effector connecting device is fixed to the middle of the lower surface of the connecting plate through a connecting device fastening nut. The combined and separated butt joint units are connected with the corresponding spherical hinge bases through the second-stage spherical hinge connecting pieces. According to the combined and separated flexible integrated connection structure for the unmanned aerial vehicle, a plurality of multi-rotor unmanned aerial vehicles can be connected into a complete integrated connection body, and transportation of large-mass loads is completed.
