The invention designs a charging liquid cooling terminal for an electric vehicle. The charging liquid cooling terminal comprises an inner conductor, an outer contact conductor, a cable conductor and a plastic pipe, the cable conductor is located in the plastic pipe, the tail end of the inner conductor is connected with the cable conductor, the outer contact conductor is nested outside the inner conductor, and the outer contact conductor is connected with the plastic pipe in a sealing manner; the front end of the inner conductor is of a double-spiral structure and specifically comprises a first spiral channel and a second spiral channel, the first spiral channel is connected with an inlet channel of the liquid cooling plastic pipe through a plastic connecting piece, and the second spiral channel is connected with an outlet channel of the liquid cooling plastic pipe. The front end of the inner conductor is designed to be of the double-spiral structure, the first spiral channel is connected with the inlet channel of the liquid cooling plastic pipe, and the second spiral channel is connected with the outlet channel of the liquid cooling plastic pipe, so that the contact area between the liquid cooling medium and the high-current conductive terminal is increased; therefore, the local active heat dissipation capability of the conductive terminal is improved, and the local temperature rise of the terminal is reduced.

    本发明设计了一种电动汽车充电液冷端子,包括内导体、外接触导体、电缆导体以及塑料管;所述电缆导体位于塑料管内部,所述内导体尾端与电缆导体连接,所述外接触导体嵌套在内导体外部,所述外接触导体与塑料管密封连接;所述内导体前端为双螺旋结构,具体包括第一螺旋通道和第二螺旋通道,所述第一螺旋通道通过塑料连接件与液冷塑料管进口通道相连,所述第二螺旋通道与液冷塑料管出口通道相连。本申请通过将内导体前端设计为双螺旋结构,以及第一螺旋通道与液冷塑料管进口通道相连,第二螺旋通道与液冷塑料管出口通道相连的方式,实现了加大液冷介质与大电流导电端子的接触面积,从而增加了导电端子局部的主动散热能力,降低了端子局部温升。
