The invention relates to an accurate underground parking management system and method based on time division and frequency division control. The system comprises a parking space sensing unit, a parking space sub-control unit and a garage master control unit. By adopting a time division and frequency division control scheme, each parking space sensor corresponds to a time slot detection signal through time division multiplexing, and each parking space sub-controller corresponds to a frequency detection signal through frequency division multiplexing; according to the underground parking management system, signals between adjacent parking space induction machines, between adjacent parking space sub-control machines, and between the parking space sub-control machines and the parking space induction machines covered by the parking space sub-control machines are isolated in space and time domains, so that mutual interference between the signals can be effectively avoided, and the whole underground parking management system can detect real-time states of parking spaces densely and accurately; parking space conditions of an underground parking lot can be known at any time, and the utilization rate of the garage is greatly improved.

    本申请涉及一种基于时分、频分控制的精确地下停车管理系统及方法,所述系统包括车位感应单元、车位分控单元和车库总控单元;通过采用时分、频分控制方案,通过时分复用使每个车位感应机对应一个时隙检测信号以及通过频分复用使每个车位分控机对应一个频率探测信号,确保相邻车位感应机之间、相邻车位分控机之间、车位分控机与其覆盖的车位感应机之间的信号在空间和时域上都存在隔离,能有效避免信号间的相互干扰,使整个地下停车管理系统能非常密集、精确的探测到车位实时状态,随时了解地下停车场的停车位情况,极大提升车库的利用率。
