The invention discloses an on-line monitoring system based on a lithium battery of a hybrid electric vehicle, which comprises a vehicle-mounted terminal and an on-line monitoring cloud platform, and is characterized in that the vehicle-mounted terminal is electrically connected with the on-line monitoring cloud platform; the vehicle-mounted terminal is used for collecting multiple parameters representing the state of a lithium battery through the combination of a hardware framework and a software framework by using a sensor technology and transmitting data to the online monitoring cloud platform through wireless communication, and a user of the online monitoring cloud platform logs in a management webpage based on the Internet of Things cloud platform to display vehicle lithium battery data. On-line monitoring of the vehicle lithium battery is achieved, battery SOC estimation is carried out based on an Internet of Things cloud platform and by means of various parameters, collected by a vehicle-mounted terminal, of the lithium battery, data is displayed on a corresponding webpage, and a user checks the related data of the vehicle lithium battery by logging in the corresponding webpage and makes a judgment in time. The system has the characteristics of real-time online monitoring and early warning.

    本发明公开了基于混合动力汽车锂电池的在线监测系统,包括车载终端和在线监测云平台,其特征在于:所述车载终端与在线监测云平台通过电连接,所述车载终端用于通过硬件框架和软件架构结合利用传感器技术采集表征锂电池状态的多参数,并通过无线通信将数据传输至在线监测云平台,所述在线监测云平台用户基于物联网云平台登录管理网页展示车辆锂电池数据,实现对车辆锂电池的在线监测,基于物联网云平台并利用车载终端采集的锂电池各项参数进行电池SOC估算,将数据在相应的网页上展示,用户通过登录相应的网页理查看车辆锂电池相关的数据,及时作出判断,本发明,具有实时在线监测和提前预警的特点。
