The embodiment of the invention provides full-load band-type brake performance detection equipment and method for a lifting brake and a storage medium. The full-load band-type brake performance detection equipment comprises a shell, a controller, a power module, a frequency converter, a man-machine interaction module, a first wiring unit and a second wiring unit, wherein the controller, the power module and the frequency converter are arranged in the shell; the output end of the power module is connected with the controller and the man-machine interaction module. The controller is respectively connected with the frequency converter and the man-machine interaction module; the input end of the frequency converter and the input end of the power module are connected with the fixed end of the first wiring unit. The output end of the frequency converter is connected with the fixed end of the second wiring unit; when full-load band-type brake performance detection is carried out on a lifting brake in a detected crane, the movable end of the first wiring unit is connected with a main power supply circuit of the detected crane, and the movable end of the second wiring unit is connected with a lifting motor in the detected crane. The detection of the full-load band-type brake performance of the lifting brake in the crane can be realized without being limited by space and conditions.
