The invention relates to the technical field of energy conservation of hydraulic systems, and provides a hydraulic energy-saving technical system capable of recovering, storing and reusing potential energy and a working method of the hydraulic energy-saving technical system. In engineering practice, a plurality of groups of hydraulic cylinders (part of the hydraulic cylinders need to work simultaneously) repeatedly act (the hydraulic cylinders are lifted at the same height each time), and loads are not changed in the jacking and descending processes; in order to solve the problem of application scenes with different lifting loads (known from the range), the quantitative hydraulic oil pump device mainly comprises a hydraulic cylinder 1, a quantitative hydraulic oil pump 2, a normal-pressure oil tank 3, an air compressor 4, a pressure oil tank 5, some electromagnetic valves, some electric control valves, some check valves, some air pressure gauges and some corresponding pipelines, and the quantitative hydraulic oil pump works between the pressure difference in the hydraulic cylinder and the pressure difference in the pressure oil tank. The smaller the difference value is, the lower the power consumption of the hydraulic oil pump is, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.

    本发明涉及液压系统节能技术领域,提供一种势能回收、储能、再利用液压节能技术系统及其工作方法,在工程实践中,会有一些多组液压缸(其中部分需同时工作)重复动作(每次提升同样的高度),顶升和下降过程中载荷不变,提升载荷不同(范围可知)的应用场景,本发明主要由液压缸1、定量液压油泵2、常压油罐3、空气压缩机4、压力油罐5、及一些电磁阀、电动调节阀、止回阀、空气压力表及相应的管道组成,定量液压油泵工作在液压缸内压力与压力油罐内压力差之间,差值越小,液压油泵功耗越低,以达到节能的效果。
