The invention provides a hinge device for toothed rail connection. The hinge device comprises a double-lifting-lug plate and a second lifting plate which are arranged in an adjacent area of a toothed rail. The double-lifting-lug plate is composed of a pair of parallel first lifting plates, first connecting holes are formed in the side walls of the first lifting plates in a penetrating mode, the first lifting plates are connected with a T-shaped plate in a hinged mode through the first connecting holes, the T-shaped plate is provided with a vertical end and a horizontal end, and the second lifting plate is located below the vertical end of the T-shaped plate when penetrating through the first lifting plates; the two ends of the horizontal end of the T-shaped plate are each provided with a second lifting hole, and the two second lifting holes are each connected with a link pin plate. The rack rail connecting device is used for solving the problem that connected rack rails shake in the rail direction and the horizontal direction.

    本发明提供一种用于齿轨连接的铰接装置,包括设置在齿轨邻接区域的双吊耳板和第二吊板;所述双吊耳板由一对平行的第一吊板组成,一对所述第一吊板的侧壁上贯穿设置有第一连接孔,通过所述第一连接孔铰接连接T型板,所述T型板具有竖直端和水平端,所述第二吊板穿过一对所述第一吊板时位于所述T型板的竖直端下方;所述T型板的水平端两端均设有第二吊孔,两个所述第二吊孔均连接有链接销板。本发明用于解决相连接的齿轨沿轨道方向和水平方向的晃动问题。
