The invention belongs to the technical field of elevators. A high-rise building lifting hydraulic ladder comprises a lift car which is located in a lifting shaft. The elevator is characterized in that when the elevator car is located on the bottommost layer and is a first floor, a first negative floor and a second negative floor are arranged below a lifting shaft of the first floor, and an annular rail chamber is arranged on the second negative floor and communicated with the lifting shaft; a rotatable annular track is arranged in the annular track chamber; a plurality of telescopic hydraulic assemblies are placed on the rotatable annular track, the telescopic hydraulic assembly at the annular track of the negative second layer of the lifting well is a first station, the telescopic hydraulic assembly at the negative first layer of the lifting well is a second station, and the telescopic hydraulic assembly at the second station is placed on a left first step supporting plate and a right first step supporting plate. The telescopic hydraulic assembly of the first station is located under the telescopic hydraulic assembly of the second station. And the lift car is placed on the uppermost telescopic hydraulic assembly in the lifting shaft. The ladder does not need a top machine room.
