According to the electric vehicle charging pile with the charging and discharging functions, the charging pile is connected with an electric vehicle for external discharging, the short-time electricity utilization requirement of a family can be met, through electric interlocking isolation control, the electric vehicle is automatically switched to a power grid for power supply when power supply of an urban power grid is recovered, and the phenomenon of electric energy emptying of the electric vehicle is avoided; and the phenomenon of'sparking 'short circuit with emergency power supply is avoided.
