The invention discloses a belt driving mechanism of a shear fork type lifting platform. The problem that a fork body is prone to shaking during lifting is solved. A driving belt arranged in a zigzag shape is arranged, forward and reverse rotation of a belt winding shaft is controlled through a motor so as to change the length of the zigzag belt, a belt transition wheel shaft is arranged on one side of a hinged shaft in the middle of each fork body, one end of the belt is connected to a connecting cross beam at the movable top end of the two fork bodies, and the other end of the belt is arranged in a zigzag shape. The belt passes through the transition wheel shaft and then is wound on the belt winding shaft through the movable bottom end cross beams of the two fork bodies; by means of the structure, the movable ends of the two fork bodies swing, and then lifting of the fork bodies is achieved. The arc-shaped plate guide rails are respectively arranged between the fixed bottom ends of the two fork bodies and the middle hinge shaft, and the transition wheels at the two ends of the transition wheel shaft are arranged on the arc-shaped plate guide rails, so that the lifting stability of the two fork bodies is realized, and the defect that the fork bodies are easy to shake during lifting is overcome.

    本发明公开了一种剪叉式升降平台的皮带驱动机构,解决了如何克服叉体提升时容易发生晃动的问题;设置“之”字形布置的驱动皮带,通过电机控制皮带缠绕轴的正、反向旋转,来实现“之”字形皮带长短的变化,在叉体中部铰接轴一侧,设置皮带过渡轮轴,皮带的一端连接在两叉体的活动顶端的连接横梁上,皮带的另一端以“之”字形布置,并经过过渡轮轴后,再通过两叉体的活动底端横梁,缠绕在皮带缠绕轴上;以上结构实现两叉体活动端的摆动,进而实现叉体的升降;在两叉体的固定底端与中部铰接轴之间,分别设置有弧形板导轨,过渡轮轴两端的过渡轮设置在弧形板导轨上,实现了两叉体升降的稳定性,克服了叉体升降中容易晃动的缺陷。
