A second wire guide wheel in the same horizontal direction with the first wire guide wheel is hinged to the second mounting frame, and one end of the steel rope sequentially passes through the first wire guide wheel and the second wire guide wheel. The lifting device is easy to manufacture, low in cost and suitable for transportation of small-scale building materials.
