本发明公开了一种超高层屋面钢管吊装设备及其施工方法,通过基座和支承架安装于屋面结构板上,且屋面女儿墙的外侧安装在导向结构,在起重臂吊装装载桶升降时,通过导向结构的限位导向作用,避免装载桶朝向主体结构的幕墙倾倒,进而提高了本发明的超高层屋面钢管吊装设备的运行平稳性和安全性。本发明解决了在建筑外立面幕墙施工后,在屋面采用卷扬机吊装钢管容易损坏幕墙的问题。
