The invention discloses a permanent magnet maglev rail transit vehicle reservation system which comprises a client and a background. The client comprises a night reservation module and a day reservation module; the background comprises a data storage area and a management area, and the data storage area stores information such as a departure timetable, user information and reservation records; the management area performs space-time adjustment and comprises a time-sharing module and a train recommendation module; the time-sharing module is used for realizing time division and entering different reservation modes, and giving a response in time after corresponding reservation selection is carried out; in the night mode, the train stops departure in a timetable and is in a reserved departure state; in the daytime mode, the train is reserved as a timetable departure train, and waiting time is saved; under the condition that the reserved train is full in the daytime, the system can give a recommended travel train timetable. Different traffic problems are solved through time-sharing reservation, the urban traffic of 24-hour commuting is solved through the night reservation mode, and the traffic jam problem is relieved and the travel mode is changed through the daytime reservation mode.
