The invention discloses a hand crank automatic power-off device for an electric switch machine. The hand crank automatic power-off device comprises a switch base and a hand crank. The left end of the switch base is provided with a longitudinally-through first cavity. The first cavity is used for longitudinally inserting a crank joint on a crank; a transversely distributed second cavity is formed in the right end of the switch base; the second cavity and the first cavity are vertically communicated with each other; the upper side and the lower side of the right end of the switch base are each provided with a vertically-through long circular groove. The upper side and the lower side of the second cavity communicate with the two long circular grooves correspondingly. A quick-acting switch is arranged on each of the two long circular grooves; a switch shaft is arranged on the second cavity; a reset spring is arranged at the right end of the switch shaft; the reset spring sleeves the left end of the guide shaft; the right end of the guide shaft is connected with the inner side of the left end of the plug; the outer side of the left end of the plug is connected with the right end of the second cavity. According to the invention, the action circuit of the switch machine can be automatically disconnected when the hand crank is inserted, and the power supply of the action circuit of the switch machine can be automatically recovered when the hand crank is taken out, so that the personal safety of a manual operator is practically protected.

    本发明公开了一种电动转辙机用手摇把自动断电装置,包括开关座和手摇把;开关座左端具有纵向贯通的第一腔体;第一腔体用于纵向插入手摇把上的摇把接头;开关座右端设置有横向分布的第二腔体;第二腔体与第一腔体相互垂直贯通;开关座右端上下两侧分别设置有一个垂直贯通的长圆槽;第二腔体上下两侧分别与两个长圆槽相贯通;两个长圆槽上分别设置有一个速动开关;第二腔体上设置有开关轴;开关轴的右端设置有复位弹簧;复位弹簧套在导向轴左端;导向轴的右端与螺堵左端内侧相连;螺堵左端外侧与第二腔体右端相连。本发明能在手摇把插入时自动断开转辙机动作电路,在手摇把取出时自动恢复转辙机动作电路的供电,切实保护手动操作人员的人身安全。
