The invention relates to a vehicle collision avoidance system for night or foggy/smog/dark weather. The system comprises a light detection and distance measurement sensor (4), a holographic alarm display (2), a buzzer (3) and a microprocessor board (7) which are mounted on the vehicle (1). The sensor (4) is configured to be activated when the headlight of the vehicle (1) is open. The holographic alarm display is configured to display a holographic image alarm that an obstacle (5) is detected by the sensor (4). When the distance between the sensor (4) and the obstacle (5) falls within a threshold range, the microprocessor board (7) is configured to cause the holographic alarm display (2) to display a holographic image alarm through a signal control code installed therein and to cause the buzzer (3) to emit an audible alarm.
