The elevator design decision support system (1) is provided with an operation terminal (10) and a portable terminal (20) which are connected through a network (30), wherein the portable terminal (20) displays a three-dimensional image of the design of an elevator in the visual field direction from a virtual viewpoint. The operation terminal (10) is provided with: a design information display unit for displaying design information of each part of the elevator; a field-of-view direction display unit that receives tilt information of the portable terminal (20) and displays a field-of-view direction; and an image change instruction unit that selects design information for changing the three-dimensional image and transmits the information to the portable terminal (20). A portable terminal (20) is provided with: a three-dimensional image creation unit for creating a three-dimensional image; a field-of-view changing unit that detects the inclination of the portable terminal (20) and changes the three-dimensional image; a viewpoint angle transmission unit that transmits tilt information of the portable terminal (20) to the operation terminal (10); and an image change display unit that changes and displays the three-dimensional image on the basis of the design specified on the basis of the design information received from the operation terminal (10).
