Provided are a remote assistance management system, a remote assistance management method, and a remote assistance management program which are capable of reducing the overall load of an operator who performs remote assistance while maintaining smooth traffic by remote assistance of an autonomous vehicle. This remote assistance management system predicts the generation of future assistance requests on the basis of the operating conditions of a plurality of vehicles, and classifies assistance factors of assistance requests predicted to be generated into either a first type of factor or a second type of factor. The first cause is an auxiliary cause lasting for a long time, and the second cause is an auxiliary cause lasting only for a short time. In addition, the remote assistance management system transmits, to the first vehicle, a first command signal for the first vehicle determined by the operator when a first assistance request for the assistance cause of the first cause is acquired from the first vehicle. Furthermore, the first command signal is applied to the other vehicle which is predicted to generate the first assistance request.
