The invention discloses functionalized conjugated diene rubber, a composite material and a preparation method of the functionalized conjugated diene rubber. The conjugated diene rubber is narrow-distribution functionalized synthetic rubber which is prepared by using a rare earth catalyst, has the conjugated diene unit cis content of higher than 96% and is terminated by dithiocarbamate. The introduced dithiocarbamate group not only can activate and promote the crosslinking speed of a crosslinking agent sulfur and a conjugated diene rubber molecular chain under the action of hot pressing, but also can interact with a plurality of reinforcing fillers used in tire products, such as carbon black or white carbon black and other nano reinforcing agents. And the dispersibility of the reinforcing filler in the diene rubber matrix and the movement capability of passivating the rubber molecular chain end are improved, so that the friction heat generation of the conjugated diene rubber molecular chain end is reduced, and finally, the aims of improving the processing performance of a tire product and reducing the dynamic heat generation are fulfilled. The method is wide in application range, low in cost and easy to industrialize, and has good economic benefits and social benefits.

    本发明公开了一类官能化共轭二烯烃橡胶、复合材料及其制备方法,共轭二烯烃橡胶是以稀土催化剂制备的共轭二烯烃单元顺式含量高于96%、二硫代氨基甲酸酯封端的窄分布官能化合成橡胶。引入的二硫代氨基甲酸酯基团不仅在热压作用下会活化促进交联剂硫磺与共轭二烯烃橡胶分子链的交联速度,同时又可与轮胎制品所用多种补强填料如炭黑或白炭黑等纳米补强剂相互作用,起到改善补强填料在二烯烃橡胶基体内的分散性和钝化橡胶分子链端的运动能力,进而降低共轭二烯烃橡胶分子链端的摩擦生热,最终实现改善轮胎制品加工性能、降低动态生热的目标。本发明适用面广、成本低、易工业化,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
